1. Services Provided

Ohana Movers offers residential and commercial moving services, including packing, transportation, and unpacking. Specific services will be detailed in your service agreement.

2. Booking and Payment

• Booking: All bookings must be made through our official channels and are subject to availability.
• Quotes: Estimates provided are approximate and may vary based on actual circumstances.
• Payment: Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, or other methods specified by Ohana Movers.

3. Liability and Insurance

• Ohana Movers is insured for damages caused during the move. However, we are not responsible for damage to items that are fragile, improperly packed, or excluded from coverage.
• Customers are encouraged to insure valuable or fragile items separately.
• We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4 Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must ensure that all items are packed securely and ready for transport at the scheduled time.
• Any items requiring special handling or equipment must be disclosed in advance.
• Customers must provide clear access to the property and parking.

5. Damage and Claims

• Any damage must be reported within [24 hours] of the move.
• Claims will be reviewed and processed according to our insurance policy and procedures.

6 Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly prohibited from being moved:

• Hazardous materials (chemicals, flammable liquids, etc.)
• Perishable food or plants
• Illegal substances
• Valuable jewelry or cash unless specifically arranged

7. Termination

Ohana Movers reserves the right to refuse service or terminate any agreement if the customer breaches these Terms or engages in inappropriate conduct.
